Manufacturing & Quality Assurance
Every process inside our mill is built to do one thing with absolute consistency: protect the natural integrity of the grain while enhancing its finish, texture, and purity.
Precision Begins at the Grain
We work with a network of 100+ farmers across Koppal and neighbouring districts, sourcing paddy that matches strict parameters of moisture, aroma, and grain length. This isn’t random procurement, each batch is logged, tested, and traced before it even enters the mill.
A Facility Designed Around Discipline
Our mill at Navanagar Marlanhalli, Karatagi (Koppal district) operates on a Japanese-automation backbone that reduces human error and preserves grain quality at every step. The workflow is engineered like a chain reaction, one stage prepares the grain for the next with zero compromise.

This setup gives us a steady output of 8 tons/day (around 240 tons/month), without pushing the machinery beyond what maintains grain structure.
Quality Checks that Don’t Wait for the End
Instead of a single final inspection, our process pushes rice through five checkpoints:
Raw Paddy Intake
Milling
Polishing
Sortex Grading
Packaging
Sortex Grading
Each checkpoint connects to our in-house laboratory, where technicians test for
moisture uniformity
grain strength
varietal purity
microbial safety
A Supply Chain That Moves Fast, but Never Rough
Our distribution network is strongly broker-driven — a model that lets our rice reach markets across Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra, and Tamil Nadu, along with exports to Bangladesh. Domestic orders typically move within 1–2 days, while export consignments clear in 2–3 weeks, depending on shipping and customs.
The minimum order size is 50 tons, ensuring controlled-volume batches where quality is never diluted.
